Five22.com reserves the right to change prices without any prior notice. Please contact us for
current prices. Our clients will receive an accurate estimate upon initial consultation.

Project Payment
Five22.com requires full payment of any project under $200 up front before any project work begins
Any projects over $200, half payment of the total project price is required before any project work
will begin. Total payment is required before project files are turned over to the client. Web sites
will be stored on a temporary hosting environment until full payment is received.

Web Sites
All clients who purchase our web sites services agree to having a small link on the bottom of their
home page advertising Five22.com as the web site designer. Example: Site Designed by Five22.com
This is a small courtesy we ask of our clients to promote our services. Our clients will receive
free advertising such as appearing in our client list and the featured client section.
Both these sections give Five22.com visitors a link to our client's sites which may generate business
for our clients.

Wedding Web Sites
If you purchase a $99 wedding web site it will be hosted on our server for 1 year. The 1 year period
begins from the date Five22.com receives your payment. This $99 plan does not allow you to use
your own URL. The URL to your wedding web site will be www.five22.com/yourname. The wedding
web sites are sold as is, except for addition of your name, up to 4 photos and your text content.
All content including photos must be supplied to Five22.com via email.
Purchasers of this $99 plan will have up to 3 free text content changes during the 1 year period.
Additional changes will be subject to additional fees. If you would like total customization, other
features and your own web address, please purchase our Start-Up Plan.

Pre-Built Web Sites
The pre-built web site designs will not match exactly what is displayed in the pre-built web gallery.
Some features may not be available because of project and hosting restrictions.

Design Files
Five22.com holds the rights to all design files associated with client projects.
Appropriate files will be given to our clients at the close of their project after full payment
is received. Layered Photoshop files pertaining to web sites will not be released. Only under special
circumstances will layered Photoshop files be given to a client, and fees may be applied.

Hosting Services
Five22 uses an outsourced hosting provider. They provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
If you purchase a plan with Five22.com that includes hosting, if at anytime your web site goes down
please contact us asap.
If you use an alternate hosting service, Five22.com is not responsible for your web sites uptime.
Please review your hosting services terms, and contact them in if your web site is down.
